How should I store my ROYO bread upon arrival?
Since our products are made without artificial preservatives, we recommend storing them in the freezer immediately upon arrival. They can be toasted directly from the freezer for the best taste and texture.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping typically takes an additional 2-4 business days depending on your location.
Are ROYO products suitable for a Keto diet?
Yes! Our breads and bagels are high-fiber and low-carb, resulting in low net carb counts that fit perfectly within a ketogenic or low-glycemic lifestyle.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our bakery products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or if there was an error, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment center, we are unable to make modifications.
